These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website operated by Yash Global Exim and your engagement with us as an importer, buyer, or client. By accessing our website or doing business with us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

    1. General Terms

All exports are subject to the regulations under the Foreign Trade Policy of India.

We operate in compliance with DGFT, FIEO, and other applicable international trade laws.

Products and services are offered exclusively to buyers, importers, wholesalers, retailers, and B2B clients.

    1. Quotation and Pricing

All prices are quoted FOB, CIF, or Ex-Works, depending on the agreement.

Quoted prices are valid for 15 days, unless otherwise specified.

Prices are exclusive of custom duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges unless explicitly included.

    1. Orders and Invoicing

Orders must be confirmed in writing (email or purchase order).

Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued for order confirmation.

Upon PI approval, the buyer must adhere to the agreed payment terms to initiate production.

    1. Payment Terms

Standard terms: 50% advance, 50% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (SWIFT), LC (Letter of Credit), UPI (for domestic), or PayPal (if applicable).

All bank charges to be borne by the buyer.

    1. Production and Lead Time

Production time typically ranges between 15–45 days depending on the product and order volume.

Lead time starts from the date of advance payment receipt and final design/sample approval.

    1. Shipping & Logistics

We work with reputed freight forwarders and logistics partners.

Shipping options: Sea Freight, Air Freight, Courier.

Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and logistics.

    1. Quality Control and Inspection

Each product undergoes strict quality checks before packaging and dispatch.

Third-party pre-shipment inspection (if required) can be arranged at the buyer’s cost.

We maintain product tolerance levels (±5%) for size, color, and weight.

    1. Returns and Claims

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment with supporting images/documents.

If valid, we may offer replacement, credit note, or partial refund.

    1. Intellectual Property

All product designs, logos, catalogs, photos, and website content are the intellectual property of Yash Global Exim.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

    1. Force Majeure

Yash Global Exim shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters

War, terrorism, strikes

Government restrictions or transportation delays

    1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction shall lie with the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

    1. Privacy and Confidentiality

Any personal, business, or product-related data shared with Yash Global Exim shall be kept strictly confidential.

We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties without prior consent.

    1. Amendments

Yash Global Exim reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
